Federation and brick homes with the garage tucked under the house or down a steep drive. The meter box is often at the street side, so runs of 10 to 20 metres are common and priced by the metre in your quote. Solar is everywhere here, and most of the chargers we fit on the North Shore are solar-aware.
Steep, narrow driveways change where the charger should sit. Measure from the wall to where the car actually parks and tell us in the quote form; a 5 m lead that does not reach is the most common thing we prevent.
Our from-prices do not change by suburb. What moves the price is your cable run and your switchboard, and both are read off your photos before you get a number. Add-ons such as load management, a weather cover or an enclosure appear as their own lines.

Usually not. Three photos — the switchboard, where the charger goes, and the path between them — are enough for a fixed quote. Strata buildings and three-phase upgrades are the exceptions, and we say so up front.
A straightforward single-phase install beside the board is about two and a half hours. Longer runs, three-phase or solar metering take a morning. You have a working charger before we leave.
